Just like the classifieds listing in a newspaper, the listings presented on these pages are posted by individual users to advertise properties/items that they are offing for sale or rent. If you are interested in a listing, you will contact the seller directly to make purchasing arrangements.

If you would like to post a listing, you will need to register (create a username and password) and then fill out an appropriate form with your listing information. You will also need to pay for the ad before will appear to the public.

After posting a listing, you will be able to log in later to edit the ad, upload photos, cancel the ad, or renew it for a longer period.
